Acceptance of Orders
Contrary Terms:
Acceptance of Buyer’s order is conditioned upon Buyer’s assent to the following terms and conditions, and any inconsistent provisions of any purchase order or other writing shall not constitute a part of the contract of sales. If any of these terms and conditions are not acceptable to Buyer, cessi:ergonomics must be notified promptly.
Pricing and Specifications:
All prices in the cessi:ergonomics OnLine Store reflect Buyer’s net cost in U.S. currency. The prices do not include freight or applicable federal, state and local sales taxes. Buyer shall pay all such costs. Prices, colors and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms:
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: cessi:ergonomics accepts credit card payments for OnLine Store purchases via PayPal secure services (PayPal accepts all major credit cards.) Your credit card will be authorized at time of purchase, but will not be charged until time of shipment. This applies to all orders for products that ship within 29 days of receipt of your order. In most cases, products that must be manufactured to your specific selection of colors, styles, laminates, fabric, and other choices unique to you, are shipped within 3 weeks or less. In the event your order requires more then 29 days to be manufactured, it may be necessary to charge your card prior to actual shipment. You will receive notice before hand should that occur.
